Apple recently announced an upcoming children’s show, Frog and Toad, for its Apple TV+ platform.

‘The Frog and the Toad’ is based on the famous book by Arnold Lovell. Apple describes them as “two best friends who celebrate their differences and enjoy what they have in common.” The animated show features Nat Faxon, Ron Funches, Cole Escola, Kevin Michael Richardson, Fortune Feimster, Aparna Nancherla, Margaret Cho, and Yvette Nicole Brown. Titmouse will serve as producer and Rob Hoegee will serve as showrunner.
‘The Frog and the Toad’ premieres on April 28, with ‘Eva the Owl’ and ‘Jane’ available on Apple TV+ from March 31 and April 14, respectively. Other children’s programs have been renewed for new seasons, including ‘Stillwater’, ‘Peanuts Anthology III Harriet the Spy’, ‘Pretzel and the Puppies’ and ‘Pinecone & Pony’.
