The Texas Republican Party wrote that the condition of the southern border was due to the failed policies of the Biden administration.
The delegation wrote that over the past two years, the state of Texas has had to take unprecedented steps to address its southern border issues. Governor Greg Abbott launched Operation Lone Star in March 2021.
